Authenticity and verification policy

1. Labels and codes

Lifetime uses batch-controlled labels, authenticity codes, and scan tools to help customers distinguish genuine products from unsupported or suspicious items.

2. Activation workflow

Labels may be generated before a product is activated for sale. Until activation, a scan result may show a pending or inactive message.

3. Scan results

  • Active or authentic
  • Pending activation
  • Already verified
  • Blocked or voided
  • Not found

4. Reporting issues

If a scan result appears unusual, the customer should report it through the support or verification issue flow with the label code and order information if available.
