Billing and payment terms

1. Accepted payment flow

Website checkout and linked delivery-fee requests are processed through Paystack. Any additional fee request must be shown clearly inside the Lifetime website workflow before payment.

2. Currency

The website may display a regional preview currency for browsing convenience, but settlement is completed in NGN unless otherwise stated by Lifetime.

3. Promotions and ranks

Promo codes, rank discounts, and event pricing may have limits, validity windows, or order minimums. Lifetime may choose the best available discount or apply campaign rules as shown during checkout.

4. Delivery fee requests

Where applicable, a delivery fee request may be added after the main order if delivery conditions require it. The reason, amount, and payment route will be visible to the customer before payment.

5. Failed or incomplete payments

Orders remain incomplete until payment is confirmed successfully. Delivery or dispatch actions may be paused while payment remains incomplete.
