After successful payment, the website creates an order number and opens a delivery record. A tracking number is then used for delivery progress.

4. Address confirmation
Customers may be asked to confirm their delivery address and contact details after payment and before dispatch. Dispatch may be delayed until delivery details are confirmed where necessary.
5. Delivery service limitation
Estimated timing may vary based on route, dispatch load, holidays, weather, customs handling, or final-mile conditions.
