Terms of use

1. Scope

These terms govern use of the Lifetime website, customer accounts, purchases, reviews, support, verification, and order tracking services.

2. Account use

Customers must provide accurate details, protect their passwords, and keep delivery information current. Lifetime may suspend accounts used for fraud, spam, abuse, or misuse of customer-facing tools.

3. Orders and acceptance

Placing an order does not override stock availability, verification checks, fraud screening, or payment confirmation. Lifetime may contact a customer to verify order details or delivery information before dispatch.

4. Product presentation

Product descriptions, color presentation, measurements, fit notes, and availability are provided in good faith. Natural variation in screens, lighting, and garment finishing may create minor differences.

5. Verification and authenticity

Verification tools are provided to help confirm genuine Lifetime products. A code may show active, pending activation, blocked, already verified, or other operational statuses. Customers should contact support if a result appears unusual.

6. Reviews and community

Customers may post reviews and comments only in a respectful way. Spam, harassment, impersonation, abuse, or false claims may be removed.

7. Intellectual property

Lifetime brand content, labels, designs, graphics, product copy, verification assets, and operational materials remain protected intellectual property of Lifetime and its parent business, Lifeverse Technologies.

8. Changes

Lifetime may update the website, workflow, features, and policy documents from time to time to improve operations, security, and customer experience.
